Destination coverage

We support global shipping. Final shipping availability and freight cost depend on the destination country or region, product type, order weight, package volume and customs requirements.

Logistics method

Our current primary logistics option is YunExpress. Other logistics arrangements may be discussed for wholesale, fragile, heavy or custom packaging orders when needed.

Processing and estimated delivery arrangement

Standard preparation and shipping arrangement time is usually 7-15 days after order confirmation. Actual transit time may vary by destination, customs clearance, carrier capacity and seasonal conditions.

Freight quote required

Final international freight is not included in the product total at checkout. Freight is confirmed after we review the destination country, product list, total weight, package volume, fragility protection and preferred delivery speed.

Current freight brackets for 0-1 kg, 1-2 kg, 2-5 kg and above 5 kg are not yet fixed on the website, so automatic freight calculation is not enabled. The checkout shipping line is a freight-confirmation placeholder, not free shipping.

Products sold by kilogram

For products sold by kilogram, online quantity 1 is prepared as approximately 1 kg by default. If you need a different total weight, mixed materials, selected sizes or custom packaging, please write the request in the order notes before checkout or wait for the dedicated contact window after official contact details are confirmed.

Free shipping

Free shipping is not currently supported.

Packaging

Crystal products are fragile, so packaging is planned according to product shape, weight and material. Protective wrapping, inner padding and sturdy cartons are used where needed. Packaging requirements may affect final freight.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by their country, customs authority or carrier.
